Submissions should not only be rigorous and reflexive methodologically, but also offer original insights to national, international, and global community college issues and perspectives. Papers should conclude with a section with implications for practice and/or research and recommendations.
All papers undergo a double-blind rigorous peer review process which includes initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
