Aims and scope

The aim of our journal is to create an evidence base to support practitioners, researchers and organisational stakeholders in the field of coaching. This is an international, peer-reviewed journal with explicit focus on the theory, practice and research of coaching. The journal is dedicated to the advancement of coaching research and practice with an international perspective.

Broad and interdisciplinary in focus, Coaching publishes original research, reviews and invited papers. All articles make an explicit link to coaching practice. As such, it is relevant to academics, executive and business coaches, life coaches, positive psychology practitioners and professionals working across a wide range of organisations.

Affiliations: Coaching is affiliated with the internationally renowned organisation: the Association for Coaching. Established in 2002, the Association for Coaching, is a leading international, not-for-profit professional body dedicated to promoting excellence, ethics and mastery in coaching, worldwide.

Reviewers: This Journal gratefully acknowledges the contribution of our team of reviewers. We rely on the good will and collegiality of many academics from around the world.

Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to double blind peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.
