Aims and scope

Journal of Pathogens is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that publishes original research articles and review articles related to all aspects of pathogens and pathogen-host interactions. The journal covers all pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi, prions, parasites, and protozoa that infect humans, animals, or plants. Articles detailing diagnosis, management, or treatment for pathogen-related diseases, as well as environmental and public health implications, will also be considered.
